These new healthcare taxes will burden our economy even further when we can least afford it. How will that help the average American? How will this healthcare plan help us if we have no jobs? Are the politicians in Washington DC on drugs or something? The key to understanding their insanity is how they have manipulated this bill so as to make it appear to be deficit neutral as President Obama has demanded. What they have done is to precook the books; they will begin the taxes 5 years before the services begin. In this way it is, or might be, deficit neutral. But what of the future, what about the next ten years? Will they somehow stop time for five years to collect the taxes for the next ten years? Will we by then be able to use some kind of a time warp to collect taxes before, during, and or after we need them? Many Norwegians are mislead by the fact cutting-edge medical science and top-notch care is readily accessible in America. Scientists don’t work cheap. @SaveRepublic Believe me, I know where I am, and I live in Lørenskog, Akershus. If you doubt it, I can even write Norwegian. Norwegian health system is great, but we have to pay our taxes though. We can often not understand why you provide your poor ones with such bad hospitals, and we think it is terrible to see what Katrina did to the lower class. Why do you think Norwegian hdi is #1?

All the taxes THE DEMOCRATS are imposing into this bill will hit the POOR because when more and more money is taken from the upper/lower classes of people who work and these taxes will continue to go uppity UP!. How do you think any of us will be able to maintain paying for this Government Mandated Insurance and still pay our Car Payment, Cell Phone, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, Satellite Radio, Electric Bill , Water Bill & Kids etc..etc..
